West Coast European Dachshund Club

Goals of our club:

To develop appreciation for the conformation of the German Standard of Perfection (FCI 148) in dachshunds in the United States.

To provide training opportunities for both dogs and owners in performance arenas by having organized practice days.

To offer more opportunities for owners to have fun with their dogs in performance events by putting on a variety of European based hunting tests.

To actively help interested people become performance judges through seminars and opportunities to judge and apprentice.

To create a warm camaraderie among our members based upon the love and appreciation of our dogs and each other.

To support each other in the breeding of dachshunds among our own members.

To present educational events for the dachshund loving public.
