The Pressure Cooking Class
I have been canning and cooking in a pressure cooker for over 30 years. I am on a mission to teach everyone the usefulness of this way of cooking. Especially now in our time crunched lifestyle, those who still like to cook and eat yummy homemade foods will love this tool.
My own pressure cooker collection is out of control, so I need to thin them out. I get them at thrift stores cheaply, so you can buy yourself a pc between $10 and $15 (really!)
You can study my cooker collection, buy one of mine at thrift store prices (which is where I get them anyway), or learn how to pick one out yourself. You'll leave with lots of handouts and recipes too.
Things to know:
I have dogs. They will be crated and away during the class, but if you allergic, you need to know this.
This class will be held in my home kitchen. My house is not handicapped friendly, lots of stairs. Sorry!
