The Kitchen Garden
The soul of the garden, the kitchen garden is where the veggies are grown. Mine is a new garden, just excavated in 2005. It is going to be a 7 year fight with the weeds.

Embarrassingly full of weeds, a cool day and ....
Weed weed weed, water water water......
Put lots of newspaper down as a weed barrier...
Cover with compost and water water water more.
Do this over and over for 7 years, and it should be looking good!
